The Rocky Ridge Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled a meeting for September 1, 2026, according to a August 31 notice. The meeting is set to take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 195 E. Mountain Ridge Road.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of August minutes and several items of unfinished business. These topics include updates regarding the Board of Adjustments Phase E, mapping road rows and lot lines, and updates to the WUI code map with Utah State. Additionally, the commission will discuss organizing Rocky Ridge records in Civic Review and a status update on the Gas Relay Station.
New business for the meeting includes an update to the WUI code online. The session will also include an open floor for citizen items and town council items. The meeting is expected to conclude by 9:00 p.m.
