The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a Work Session on September 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah.
1. Roll Call
2. Discussion Regarding Safety Route Recommendation from Sunrise Engineering and Safety Ordinance for 700 South. Discussion regarding Sunrise Engineering's safety route recommendation, a designated truck route, and the proposed safety ordinance relating to heavy vehicle traffic on 700 South.
3. Discussion Regarding Fire Inspection Ordinance and Fire Inspection Fee Resolution. Discussion regarding proposed fire inspection requirements associated with the city business license process and related fire inspection fees.
4. Discussion on Governors' Office of Rural Community Economic Opportunity Grant
This is a work session. No formal action will be taken.
