The South Ogden City Council and Planning Commission will hold scheduled meetings on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 3, 2026. The meetings will be held at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., in the city council chambers.
The South Ogden City Council is scheduled to hold a regularly scheduled work session at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2026. This session, led by Chair Brittany Rocha, will include a review of agenda items and discussions regarding carport storage and fence code. No action will be taken during this work session, as discussions are intended for clarification only.
Following the work session, the South Ogden City Planning Commission will meet at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2026. The agenda for the Planning Commission includes a public hearing to receive and consider comments on moderate-income housing and strategies. The commission will also discuss City Center Plan recommendations and moderate-income housing and strategies. Additionally, the commission is scheduled to consider the approval of the Sept. 17, 2026, Planning Commission meeting minutes.
The Planning Commission meeting will be open to the public and may be streamed live via youtube.com/@southogdencity. Some commission members may attend the meeting electronically.
