The City of Draper has announced several recent ordinance adoptions related to development agreements and zoning amendments. These notices, dated May 6, 2026, cover various property developments within the city limits.
Ordinance #1717 was adopted to approve the Bangerter Crossroads Development Agreement for approximately 17.88 acres located at 13782 South 300 East. Related amendments include Ordinance #1689 for the Bangerter Crossroads Zoning Map and Ordinance #1688 for the Bangerter Crossroads Land Use Map.
Additionally, the city adopted Ordinance #1716 to approve the Openshaw Corner Development Agreement for approximately 1.44 acres at 207 East 13800 South. This was accompanied by Ordinance #1691 and Ordinance #1690, which amend the Official Zoning Map and Official Land Use Map for the property located at 231 E. 13800 S.
The city also issued notices for several public hearings dated April 30, 2026. These include requests regarding a Nielsen Zoning Map Amendment, the Shadow Crest Cove Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Conditional Use Permit, The Cookie Ballery, LLC Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit, and The Cove at Bear Canyon Phase III Plat Amendment.
