The Park City Planning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for Wednesday, August 26, 2026, according to a August 10 notice. The meeting is set to occur at the Marsac Municipal Building in the City Council Chambers.
The meeting agenda includes a review of a proposed redevelopment for a five-acre site at the southwest corner of Kearns Boulevard and Bonanza Drive. This mixed-use development would reportedly include 106 residential units, over 30,000 square feet of commercial and multidisciplinary art space, community green space, and an underground parking garage. The commission will review the applicant's traffic impact study, transportation demand management plan, parking analysis, sustainability plans, and proposed building height exceptions.
Additional items on the agenda include conditional use permit requests for single-family dwellings featuring swimming pools at 3228 American Saddler and 2868 American Saddler Drive. A work session is also planned to discuss amendments to the Land Management Code regarding Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) integration and water wise landscaping requirements.
The meeting is scheduled to run from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. While the meeting is held in person, virtual participation options are available. Individuals requiring special accommodations can notify the Planning Department at 435-615-5060 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
