The Logan Municipal Council scheduled a Truth in Taxation meeting for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, according to a notice published August 6. The meeting was set to begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers.
The agenda included two public hearings. One hearing involved consideration of a proposed resolution to approve a final tax rate that exceeds the certified tax rate of 0.001085 for calendar year 2026 and fiscal year 2026-2027. The second hearing involved a proposed resolution to approve the final revenues and expenditures budget for fiscal year 2026-2027 in the amount of $222,136,462.
Finance Director Richard Anderson was listed for both action items. The meeting was chaired by Mike Johnson.
