The Aurora City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, according to a notice published August 27. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 pm at 20 S. 120 E. in Aurora, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes a review of the August 4, 2026, meeting minutes and a review of new building permits. Other items on the agenda include an approval of a flood ordinance, a Transportation Management Plan update, and the General Plan.
Additionally, the committee will review items from the City Council and consider a request from Denton Nielson for a conditional use permit to install a swimming pool at his home. The meeting will also include an expression of choice by Clint Johnson and Ryan Roper.
