The Moab-Arches Shuttle has launched as a pilot program, offering free service to those with a valid Arches park pass. According to a notice from Grand County, the shuttle operates seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The shuttle service is a collaborative effort involving Arches National Park, the National Park Service, the Utah Department of Transportation, and Grand County. This first season of the pilot program is scheduled to run through late October, with service set to resume in the spring. Information regarding stop locations, schedules, and route maps is available at grandcounty.org/moab-arches-shuttle.
Officials are collecting real-time data during this pilot phase, including rider volume and pickup and drop-off locations. Riders are encouraged to provide feedback via a QR code located inside the shuttle to help shape the service for Spring 2027.
The project involves partnership and investment between several agencies, including Arches National Park and the Utah Department of Transportation.
