With summer temperatures reaching above 90 and even passing 100 degrees, Lehi families have an opportunity to cool off during the city's annual Splash Party. The free community event is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at Lehi Family Park.
The celebration aims to bring the community together with an evening featuring water fun, live entertainment, food, and a fireworks finale.
The festivities will focus on the splash pad at Lehi Family Park, located at 199[9] N. 600 E. in Lehi, allowing residents of all ages to beat the summer heat. Local food trucks will be available, providing various dinner options for visitors.
Local band Late Night Thoughts is scheduled to provide a live performance during the event. The group is expected to play a mix of crowd favorites to maintain energy throughout the night.
The evening will conclude with a fireworks show designed to light up the night sky.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure spots on the lawn for the concert and fireworks. Bringing lawn chairs or blankets is recommended for comfort.
To prepare for the warm afternoon and evening hours, officials recommend that families bring sunscreen, water, and lightweight clothing.
