Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to consider a zoning map amendment request for property located at approximately 12430 S. 700 East.
The proposal seeks to rezone the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 sq. ft. minimum) and RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 sq. ft. minimum) to R4 (Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum).
The public hearing is scheduled to take place at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers on August 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
