The Town of Manila Planning and Zoning commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026, according to a notice published August 27. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM at the Town Conference Meeting Room located at 145 E HWY 43.
The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes a review and approval of the minutes from the August 6, 2026, regular meeting and public hearing.
Old business items include a building permit request for a garage outbuilding at 35 E Glades Way by Kevin Clegg and a lot re-zone request from The Pinnacle. The Pinnacle is proposing to re-zone a lot from the Central Development District (CDD) to an RMF Overlay, a move that would be recommended to the Town Council.
New business involves a building permit request from Don Leclaire for a garage outbuilding located at 244 E. 4th N.
