The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has issued an Environmental Assessment for the Omaha 2 Well Pad. The BLM announcement shares that the Responsible Official signed a decision record approving three Applications for Permit to Drill authorizing applicant Scout Energy Management LLC to horizontally drill oil wells from the Omaha 2 Well Pad.
