The Park City Planning Commission recently conducted a site visit and introductory work session for the proposed Five-Acre Site development. The project, located at the southwest corner of the Kearns Boulevard and Bonanza Drive intersection in the Bonanza Park neighborhood, is being reviewed for redevelopment into a mixed-use complex.
Development Application Details
Following direction from the City Council on May 4, 2026, partner Brinshore Development was instructed to submit applications for Planning Commission review. On May 20, 2026, Brinshore Development submitted several applications, including a Master Planned Development, Subdivision, Multi-Unit Dwelling and Frontage Protection Zone Conditional Use Permit, and a Non-Profit Use Conditional Use Permit.
Proposed Project Features
The proposed development at the Five-Acre Site is intended to include 106 residential units and 32,581 square feet of commercial space. Additional features of the project plan consist of community green space, public art space, a child care center, and an underground parking garage.
