The Trailblaster men's basketball program and head coach Jon Judkins announced on Thursday the signing of Utah prep standout forward Jax Clark to a financial aid agreement.
Player Signing Details
Clark, a 2026 graduate of American Fork High School, joins the roster as the eighth addition for the 2026-27 season.
High School Career Stats
During his senior season with the Cavemen, Clark earned Utah Class 6A First Team honors. He averaged 16.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game while leading American Fork to an 18-8 overall record.
Tournament Performance and Highlights
His senior campaign included reaching the semifinals of the Utah 6A State Tournament, where the team ultimately fell to Bingham High School in overtime. Clark recorded double digits in 23 of his 26 games and achieved 10 double-doubles during that season.
Individual Scoring Achievements
Clark's individual highlights include a season-high 28 points scored in a victory against Layton High School in January, as well as a 24-point, seven-rebound performance in the state tournament semifinals.
Recruiting Class Composition
Clark is the third recruit from the prep ranks to join the class, alongside guards Owen Mackey of St. George, Utah, and Christian Gibson of Houston, Texas.

The 2026-27 signing class also features several other players, including Luke West, Aaron Bliss, Rex Sunderland, Kyle Lemke, Mark Brown Jr., and Alex Dupre.
