The Alan E. Hall Center for Sales Excellence at Weber State University announced a new strategic partnership with BrandSafway, a global provider of specialized industrial services. The multi-year collaboration, which officially began on July 1st, is designed to provide students in Weber State’s Professional Sales program with opportunities to master complex consultative sales within high-value industrial and infrastructure sectors.
BrandSafway operates 340 locations across 25 countries and provides solutions for commercial, civil, energy, and industrial projects. Through this partnership, students will be introduced to technical enterprise sales, engineering-backed client solutions, and large-scale industrial account management.
Andrew Schick, VP of Revenue Operations for BrandSafway, stated that the company is excited to partner with the center to help develop and attract sales talent for careers within the company. He noted that Weber State’s reputation for academic excellence makes it an ideal partner for creating career opportunities to support BrandSafway's growth.
Under the multi-year agreement, BrandSafway will engage with Weber State students through executive guest lectures, sales competition judging, real-world case studies, direct mentorship, and dedicated internship and full-time hiring pipelines.
Brock Adams, Director of the Alan E. Hall Center for Sales Excellence, said the relationship is a prime example of how sales principles apply to heavy industrial, infrastructure, and commercial markets. He noted that BrandSafway brings a unique, high-value industry perspective that creates career pathways for students.
