The Dimple Dell Advisory Board is scheduled to hold a meeting on Oct. 7, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 5. The meeting is set to take place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will be conducted both in-person and online.
The meeting will be hosted at the Sandy Library | The County Library, located at 10100 Petunia Way in Sandy, UT. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be available virtually via Webex.
According to the agenda, the meeting will be called to order by Chair William Stoddard. Following introductions, the board will review and vote on the minutes from the Aug. 12, 2026, meeting.
Public comments will be permitted for a limited time of three minutes per individual, unless the board approves otherwise. Individuals unable to attend can submit public comments via email to jgoodman@saltlakecounty.gov. Comments must be received by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting to be distributed to the board and read into the record.
The scheduled agenda includes several discussion topics for the board. Informational items include a discussion regarding a recreational bond, media outreach in support of the bond, the Friends of Dimple Dell Facebook page, and a program for the park.
Additionally, Patrick Leary will provide Salt Lake County updates, while Tanner, Mike, and Chris are scheduled to provide park updates. The board will also engage in ongoing discussions regarding technology available to park users for reporting and the identification and control of invasive plants. The meeting will conclude with zone updates and an adjournment vote.
