The Create Better Health Hub serves as a central resource for healthy recipes, evidence-based nutrition, and food security programs in Utah. Through collaborations with the USU Hunger Solutions Institute and the Utah Food Security Council, the hub offers various volunteer opportunities and nutritional resources to the community.
Online Nutrition Class Offerings
The hub provides online nutrition classes that are available as either self-paced courses or live sessions via Zoom. The self-paced course is free and designed to help individuals eat healthy on a budget, with availability in both English and Spanish. Live Zoom classes consist of a four-class series focused on nutrition, active living, and budgeting, which are open to participants from all locations across Utah.
