The Kearns City Council has announced that all future meetings will be held at the Element Center. The new location is the same building where the Planning Commission currently meets.
The move to the North Ballroom began with the December 8, 2025 meeting and is scheduled to continue through all of 2026 at this time.
The Element Center is located at 5658 Cougar Lane, Kearns UT 84118. The location of the meeting room can be identified in relation to the Olympic Oval.
