Utah ski resorts are already setting opening dates for the upcoming winter season as meteorologists monitor what could become one of the strongest El Niño events on record. Park City Mountain Resort has set a target opening date of Nov. " "Pretty consistent, reliable day to be able to target and be ready to welcome skiers and riders back to the resort," said John Kanaly with the resort.
