Park City-based AI startup Hello Haven emerged from stealth mode on September 17, 2026, to announce a $15 million pre-seed financing round led by Mayfield. According to a September 18 report, the company simultaneously launched Haven, an artificial-intelligence-empowered software application designed to remember an individual's preferences and decisions to act on their behalf across email, phone, text, and other applications.
The $15 million financing is significantly larger than the 2025 U.S. median for combined pre-seed and seed venture financings, which was approximately $2.9 million according to PitchBook data. Hello Haven CEO and Co-Founder Frank Addante, who co-founded Rubicon Project with Hello Haven Co-Founder and CTO Duc Chau, has a history of leading companies that reportedly produced $1 billion in sales, two initial public offerings, and four acquisitions.
Navin Chaddha, a managing partner at Mayfield, stated that the firm is excited to partner with Addante again at the inception stage of building the next wave of Personal AI. Mayfield previously held 14.2% of Rubicon Project before its 2014 IPO.
Hello Haven reports that Haven draws on more than 500 artificial-intelligence models and 100 application integrations. The company has recorded more than two million interactions since the private beta of Haven opened in August. Addante described Haven as a digital twin that knows what a user would do and proactively performs those actions. Duc Chau stated that users can sign in with Haven, bringing their memory, permissions, and judgment with them.
Addante's previous business ventures include the creation of the internet search engine Starting Point in January 1996, serving as CTO of L90, and founding the email-infrastructure company StrongMail Systems. In 2021, Addante launched TinkerBarn Ventures, a Park City-based startup studio and venture fund. He previously noted that his first five businesses had generated more than $5 billion in market value and raised $300 million in capital.
While Hello Haven has secured substantial early capital, the company has not disclosed its specific number of users or sales figures.
