SAN JUAN COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — The National Weather Service announced that parts of San Juan County, including Bluff and Blanding, will be under a flood warning until Monday afternoon. The NWS says the flood warning will be in effect until 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
