Eric Christoffersen, 40, was charged in 3rd District Court in Salt Lake County. A judge issued a no-bail arrest warrant Sept. The charges stemmed from allegations reported to Granite School District police. Christoffersen told investigators he asked students for hugs and demonstrated a side hug, according to court documents.
