Kaysville City is seeking applicants for an alternate position on the Planning Commission. The commission is composed of residents appointed by the City Council who bring diverse professional and vocational backgrounds to the role.
The Planning Commission is responsible for making recommendations to the City Council concerning the General Plan, land use ordinances, amendments to the zoning map, and actions related to subdivision applications. Additionally, the commission acts on various land applications, including variances and conditional use permits.
Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. These meetings take place in the Council Chambers located at Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT.
