Utah Tech football senior punter Ryan Marks earned a spot on the 2026 Stats Perform FCS Preseason All-America Third Team, according to an announcement released Monday.
The recognition follows a highly successful 2025 campaign for Marks, during which he established new Utah Tech single season and career records in punt yardage.
During the 2025 season, Marks averaged 46.4 yards per punt with a net average of 40.26 yards per punt. This performance earned him second team all-United Athletic Conference honors and made him one of 10 national finalists for the 2025 FCS Punter of the Year Award.
His season statistics ranked seventh overall in the FCS subdivision for yards per punt average. Additionally, Marks finished the 2025 regular season ranked 15th in the FCS in total punt yardage with 2,694 yards.
Marks recorded 20 total punts of 50 yards or more, including four punts that reached 60 yards or more. His longest punt of the season was 67 yards against Tarleton State on October 11.
In terms of precision, 18 of his 58 total punts were downed inside the 20-yard line. During the season, he recorded six touchbacks and 13 punts that were fair caught.
