The Town of Daniel announced in a report published September 2 that the Daniel Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to the P-160 preservation zone.
The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7 PM.
The meeting will take place at the Wasatch County Services Building, located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, in Heber City, UT. This open meeting provides an opportunity for the public to voice concerns or ask questions regarding the proposal.
Individuals unable to attend the meeting may submit written comments for the record by email to clerk@danielutah.gov or by mail to the Wasatch County Services Building address. The deadline for comments is September 16, 2026, at 5 PM.
