The Oakley City Rodeo Committee is scheduled to hold a meeting on Nov. 2, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 29, 2026. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM at 960 W Center Street in Oakley.
The agenda for the meeting includes several items led by Chair Wade Woolstenhulme. Topics for review include the minutes from Oct. 5, 2026, as well as discussions regarding food vendors, corporate picnic parking, and ticketing recommendations. Additional items on the agenda include partners, the Wilderness Circuit Finals, prize money, and hospitality.
Secretary Bailey Hansen is scheduled to present items regarding financials and SponsorCX. The committee also notes that the order of the agenda may be modified at any time to accommodate the needs of the City or to address scheduling conflicts.
