A teenager from out of town was revived after being found unresponsive and face down in the water at Gunnison Bend Reservoir, according to a Sunday post from the Millard County Sheriff's Office.
Emergency responders, including EMTs and the Millard County Sheriff's Office, arrived at the reservoir following reports of the incident.
Upon arrival at the scene, officials noted that CPR was being administered to the patient.
The Millard County Sheriff's Office stated that the patient was conscious and responsive after the efforts were made.
