Brighton High School has released its weekly schedule for late March and early April 2026, detailing upcoming academic testing, athletic events, and community opportunities. The school continues to focus on its mission of fostering success through an inclusive educational environment.
ASPIRE testing is scheduled for all 9th and 10th grade students on Tuesday, March 31st. This assessment helps students gauge readiness for the ACT and identifies areas for improvement through score reports that predict performance in various categories. A special bell schedule will be in effect during testing, and 11th and 12th grade students will not attend school that day, though they may visit for consultation from 12:30 p.m. to 2:25 p.m.
Athletic competitions are set for the week of March 30 to April 3. Notable matchups include girls lacrosse against Highland, baseball games against Bountiful, and softball matches against Alta. On Friday, boys soccer will face Alta at Brighton, and boys lacrosse will play Park City at Brighton.
Senior students have several upcoming deadlines to consider. The Brighton PTSA scholarship application deadline is April 14th. Additionally, seniors can review their confirmed diploma status on the counseling center windows, and any appeals regarding diploma status must be submitted by Friday, April 17th.
To support Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week, the Brighton PTSA is seeking donations through a dedicated link and an Amazon wishlist. All orders from the wishlist should be placed by Monday, April 13th to ensure timely arrival.
