as Title 6, Chapter 3, and renumbered through the Town Code codification process as Title

15, Chapter 152, Roads, Highways and Rights-of-Way.

4. Consider and adopt R2026-17, A Resolution Supporting the Drafting Of An Amended

Project Area Plan To Add Property Into The Pony Express Utah Inland Port Authority Project

Area.

5. Discussion and approval of Bowen and Collins Scope of Work and Fee for the new

Industrial Park Well.
