The Tremonton City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing regarding the adoption of the Valley Vistas PUD Overlay. The meeting was set for Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 5:30 PM at Tremonton City Hall.
The proposed Valley Vistas PUD Overlay involves properties identified by parcel numbers 06-059-0107 and 06-059-0108. These properties are located east and west of the terminus of North 7825 West within Tremonton City.
Interested citizens were invited to attend the meeting in person at the Council Chambers located at 102 S. Tremont St. or watch via the City YouTube Channel. Written comments could be sent to the Tremonton City Planning Commission prior to the meeting.
Additionally, the item was scheduled for discussion at a Neighborhood Partnership Initiative (NPI) East District meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM at City Hall.
