Mountain High held its fall graduation on October 2, according to an October 5 statement. The ceremony served as a celebration for students honored for their hard work, determination, and perseverance as they received their diplomas.
The event included family, friends, teachers, School Board members, and the Superintendent. Principal Greg Wuthrich addressed the attendees by comparing the graduates' achievements to the first climbers to reach the summit of Mount Everest. He noted that perseverance and determination can turn dreams into reality even when obstacles seem insurmountable.
During the ceremony, Wuthrich concluded by referencing the Mountain High tradition that once a student is a Mountaineer, they are always a Mountaineer.
