The Weber County Commission will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 2. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah.
The meeting agenda includes several consent items for approval. These include purchase orders totaling $145,727.49 and warrants numbered #109363-109424 and #498451-498541, which total $1,340,418.50. Additionally, commissioners will consider the approval of minutes from meetings held on Sept. 22 and Sept. 29, 2026, a new business license, and a contract amendment with Medici Land Governance regarding discounts on historical document scans. Other consent items involve a Deputy Sheriff Basic Training Agreement with Noah Horne and an application from Lincoln Financial Group for short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
Action items on the agenda include a resolution to make new appointments and reappointments to the RAMP Tax Advisory Board, the Arts & Museums Committee, and the Recreation & Parks Committee, presented by Shelly Halacy. Sean Wilkinson will also present a request for approval of an interlocal agreement between Weber County and Cache County for services in the Powder Mountain area.
