The Utah Utes have extended an offer to 2027 Ridgeline running back Noah Fiefia following his visit to Salt Lake City for the Utes' win over Houston, according to a October 27 report.
Fiefia, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound athlete, visited the program during a game-day event and expressed interest in the school's family orientation and energy.
During the visit, Utah running backs coach Mark Atuaia informed Fiefia that he had earned an offer from the Utes. Fiefia noted that while he suspected an offer might come, he did not want to raise his hopes prematurely.
Fiefia credited his current season's success to his teammates, offensive line, coaches, and parents. Through 10 games, he has accumulated 2,151 rushing yards and 36 touchdowns, along with 299 receiving yards and five touchdowns.
Fiefia has been committed to Utah State since June, but the offer from Utah provides another option for the recruit to consider. He stated that the offer opens a potential opportunity that he will decide upon through prayer and thought.
Fiefia plans to serve a mission before beginning his collegiate football career.
The Utah Utes currently remain one of the final undefeated teams as they approach the end of the regular season. The program's upcoming schedule includes a matchup against No. 8 BYU next week.
