Midvale City's Fall Leaf Cleanup Program offers free leaf bags to all Midvale City Utility Billing customers, according to a notice on the city's website. Eligible customers may pick up five free bags at Midvale City Hall while supplies last.
Bag pickup is scheduled for October 5 through November 25, 2026, at Midvale City Hall, located at 7505 S Holden Street, 2nd Floor. The facility is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for this purpose.
Once filled, leaf bags must be taken to designated dumpsters at either Midvale City Park or Adams Street Park. At Midvale City Park, dumpsters are located at the south end of the Boys and Girls Club parking lot. The program specifies that leaf bags should not be placed at the curb and must only be placed in the designated dumpsters, as household trash or other materials are prohibited.
The designated drop-off period for filled bags is scheduled for November 23 through November 25, 2026.
