An endangered missing advisory has been issued for a mother and son missing out of St. George, Utah.
Mersadee Anne Jacobs, 34, is believed to be driving a 2020 black Hyundai Elantra with Utah plate T750UB. Jacobs stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.
The Department of Public Safety alert states that Jacobs recently relapsed on meth and is experiencing hallucinations. Her 6-year-old son, Matteo, is with her and is reportedly afraid of her. Matteo is high-functioning autistic and does not have the medication he requires.
Jacobs has full custody of her son and suffers from depression. According to the Department of Public Safety alert, Jacobs made statements as recently as one week ago expressing that she does not want to live, and she has previously stated she would take her children with her if she does.
Jacobs and Matteo were last seen leaving their residence at 10:15 p.m. Monday. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
