'A very active incident': SWFD responds to active grass fire at Weber Canyon
The South Weber Fire Department took to social media to announce an active grass fire that crews were responding to at the mouth of Weber Canyon. SWFD described the fire as a "very active incident around mile marker 89 and the I-84 interstate," and encouraged travelers to exercise caution when traveling through the area.

Orem city leaders voiced their opposition to a proposed amphitheater in Provo Canyon as developers withdrew their original application for the project.
