SPRINGVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — A man is charged after allegedly sexually abusing his infant daughter. According to court documents, the defendant’s wife and mother-in-law reported him to police after he became “infatuated with diaper changing” and would regularly change his four-month-old daughter, regardless of if she needed to be changed or not.
