The City of North Ogden, in coordination with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), is evaluating improvements to the intersection of 2100 North and Fruitland Drive in North Ogden, Utah. The project aims to support future development, enhance mobility, and improve overall corridor functionality.
Conceptual roundabout alternatives are being developed to evaluate the feasibility of potential improvements, identify right-of-way needs, and support long-term planning decisions. Environmental due diligence is also being conducted on adjacent parcels to identify potential considerations that could influence property acquisition and future project development.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being or have been carried out by UDOT pursuant to 23 USC 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, executed by FHWA and UDOT.
A public hearing in an open house format will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, to present information about the project and show conceptual alternatives. The hearing is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the North Ogden Police Department and Justice Court Building, located at 515 E. 2600 N., North Ogden, UT 84414.
