The Salt Lake City Arts Council's 2026 Twilight Concert Series continues its summer run with a lineup featuring national recording artists and local performers at the Gallivan Center and Civic Center. Now in its 39th year, the series provides musically diverse programming designed to enhance Salt Lake City's cultural quality of life.
Recent Summer Performances
The 2026 season, presented in partnership with S&S Presents, includes several performances that have already taken place this summer. On July 13, Old Crow Medicine Show performed alongside Big Richard and Michelle Moonshine at the Gallivan Center. This was followed by a July 17 performance by Freddie Gibbs, featuring Amie Blu and Roo Nostalgia.
On July 27, Suki Waterhouse appeared at the Gallivan Center with Charlotte Lawrence and Beeson. The Arts Council noted that all events in the series are held rain or shine, though artists remain subject to change.
Upcoming Concert Schedule
Looking ahead to the remainder of the summer and fall, the series has scheduled several high-profile acts. Muna is set to perform at the Civic Center on August 4 with support from Annie DiRusso and Nicole Canaan; doors for this event are scheduled to open at 5:00 p.m.
On August 29, Goose will take the stage at the Civic Center alongside Theoretical Blonde. The series will conclude its major scheduled run with a performance by The War On Drugs at the Gallivan Center on October 1, featuring Lo Moon and Musor. For all performances held at the Gallivan Center, gates and food vendors open at 6:00 p.m.
Transit and Accessibility
To encourage accessibility, the Salt Lake City Arts Council has partnered with the Utah Transit Authority to provide free transportation for concertgoers. Attendees holding a 2026 Twilight Concert Series ticket receive free UTA fare for the entire day of their event.
This benefit allows patrons to ride UTA trains and local buses at no cost. The program specifically excludes Paratransit, Ski, and PC-SLC Connect Service. To utilize the benefit, passengers must present their concert ticket to a bus operator or UTA fare enforcement personnel upon request.

The production of the 39th annual series is supported by a wide array of local and national sponsors. Key partners include the Salt Lake City Corporation, the Department of Community & Neighborhoods, Salt Lake County ZAP, the National Endowment of the Arts, and the Utah Division of Arts & Museums.
Additional support for the series comes from The Gallivan Center, Downtown Alliance, Visit Salt Lake, and University of Utah Health. Corporate sponsors such as Coors Light, Five Wives Vodka, Swire Coca-Cola, and XMission also contribute to the program's operations.
Community Engagement
The Twilight Concert Series continues to utilize various media platforms to engage the community, including an official Spotify playlist for the 2026 season. The program also maintains a presence on Instagram via the @slctwilight handle.
