CU Boulder has announced its upcoming schedule of events at Macky, featuring a variety of concerts and performances for the fall season.
The upcoming lineup includes musical performances from the CU Boulder Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra, and Symphonic Band, as well as specialized shows such as Sweeney Todd.
The fall concert series begins with the CU Boulder Wind Symphony on September 17. This will be followed by the CU Boulder Symphony Orchestra on September 24 and the CU Boulder Symphonic Band on September 25.
Other scheduled performances include Pinchas Zukerman and Shai Wosner performing Beethoven Violin Sonatas on October 8. The production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street is scheduled for October 23 and October 24.
Additional upcoming events include Danú, the Versa-Style Street Dance Company, Cirque of the Diaspora, and The Magic of Motown, which has been rescheduled to November 9.
The Sundance Film Festival has announced its dates for 2027. Additionally, officials encourage attendees to use public transportation or ride share services like Lyft or Uber for popular events at Macky, noting that ride share drivers have access to the front of the venue for drop-off and pickup.
