Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club has announced a $7.5 million renovation of its golf course in Park City. The project aims to enhance sustainability, playability, and the overall golfing experience as the club approaches 50 years of golf in the area.
The 2026 renovation involves a complete change to the grass components of the course. According to the club, tee boxes will be leveled and squared off, with new forward and back tee boxes being added. Fairway grasses and green surrounds will be replaced with Rye, while green surfaces will be replaced with OO7 bentgrass after the greens are cored out and reshaped. Additionally, the project includes all new fairway and greenside bunkers with appropriate lining material to ensure uniform conditions.
Brandon Johnson, formerly of Arnold Palmer golf design, serves as the course project architect. Johnson previously worked with Arnold Palmer on the renovation at Bay Hill and is working to retain the vision established by Palmer for the Jeremy Ranch course.
The club has provided video updates and hole-by-hole renderings to provide insight into the progress of the renovation project.
