Draper City will hold a public hearing to consider a city-initiated request for a residential zoning text amendment in the Town Center zone. The proposed change involves amending portions of Chapter 9-11 of the Draper City Municipal Code (DCMC).
The purpose of the request is to permit at least one residential unit on smaller properties located within the Town Center zone.
The public hearing is scheduled to take place on August 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at Draper City Hall.
