Students and teachers at Taylor Elementary School celebrated Halloween on October 30, 2026, with a variety of festivities, according to a November 4 report.
The celebration began with a parade where students walked through the hallways to pass their peers before walking outside to show their costumes to family members. Following the parade, Mrs. Moon and Mrs. Petersen went trick or treating to faculty and staff members. Some staff members received treats, while others completed tricks, such as cackling like a witch while zooming around a classroom on a broom or wrapping a coworker in toilet paper like a mummy.
The day concluded with Halloween parties held in each classroom. The school expressed appreciation to parents who volunteered or donated supplies to help students enjoy the event.
