Waterford School has announced the incoming faculty and staff members joining the institution for the 2026-2027 school year. The new hires include educators and specialists across various departments, ranging from classroom teachers to administrative support.
The new teaching staff includes Lara Emre, who joins as a Class IV Teacher following a relocation from New York City to Salt Lake City. Kendall Myers joins as a Class III Teacher, while Valli Dandamudi will serve as a PreK-4 Teacher. Other incoming educators include Ethan Warren for Latin, Jack Hyer for US Spanish, and Kate Tapscott for MS/US English and Rowing. Additionally, Steven Schmidt will teach Computer Science.
Administrative and specialized roles will be filled by several individuals. Lauren Kidd Wolf serves as the Math Department Chair. Zachary Sutton joins as a Helpdesk/AV Specialist, while Ben White returns to the school as an MS/US Counselor. The support staff includes Whitney Fitzgerald as a Payroll Specialist/Accounts Payable, Alia Archuleta as an HR Generalist, and Rachel Pettit as the Director of Major Gifts.
