The St. George Planning Commission will host a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to consider a zoning change for the Strap Tank Restaurant & Brewery project, according to a notice published August 28.
The proposed request involves changing the zoning of approximately 1.68 acres from C-3 General Commercial to PD-C Planned Development Commercial. The property is located north of Crosby Way and east of 120 E Street. Strap Tank Brewery St. George LLC is the applicant for the project, with Chris Salisbury serving as the representative.
The public hearing is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at the St. George City Offices, located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah. This meeting, identified as Case No. 2026-ZC-015, is intended to receive public comment on the request.
