Delta man facing animal abuse charges, allegedly used dog for sexual gratification
DELTA, Utah (ABC4) — A Millard County man is facing animal abuse charges for allegedly using a dog for sexual gratification. According to the Millard County Sheriff's office, Zachary Tucker Young, 38, is facing charges for torturing a companion animal, distributing obscene animal abuse material and possessing controlled substances—all third degree felonies.
