SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A contracting company has filed a second lawsuit against the Office of the Utah Attorney General, after they previously came under investigation for alleged human trafficking. In 2023, multiple executive officers with Rubicon Contracting LLC were arrested for alleged aggravated human trafficking.
