The Washington City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to consider a liquor license application for Riggatti’s Washington LLC. The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 P.M. at Washington City Hall, located at 111 North 100 East.
The hearing will address local consents for an on-premise restaurant limited-service liquor license and proximity to a community location for Riggatti’s Washington LLC, located at 28 N 300 W. Jackson Carter is identified as the applicant. The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings.
Public comment for this topic may be submitted through the Items Available for Public Comment portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings. The portal opens the Friday before the meeting and remains available until 5:00 p.m. on the day preceding the meeting. Residents may also attend the meeting in person or virtually.
