The Washington City Land Use Authority scheduled a public electronic meeting for Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, according to a notice posted to the city's website. The meeting was set to begin at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall or immediately following the Planning Commission Meeting.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of minutes from Sept. 2, 2026. Additionally, several public hearings are scheduled for consideration.
Proposed items include a Final Plat Partial Amendment for Finley Farms Phase 5, located at 4371 S 545 East and 4393 S 545 East, with Troy Riding listed as the applicant. Other items include preliminary plats for The Pointe at Washington City near Arizona Drive and Rocky Point Circle, Sunrise Valley Industrial Park Phase 6 near Smelter Drive and Foundry Drive, and Blackstone Estates near 2325 E Washington Dam Road and Country Way.
Public comments for the meeting could be submitted via washingtoncity.org/meetings until 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting, after which only in-person comments would be accepted. The meeting was scheduled to be broadcast via Youtube Live.
