Highland High has announced updates concerning student fees and the availability of fee waivers through a Utah State application. The school also noted a change in its payment processing method.
The school is no longer using My School Fees for payments and advises families to watch for updates regarding School Cash.
A Fee Waiver, which is a Utah State application, can waive most student fees if approved. The process involves filling out an application, meeting with an administrator for review, and checking with the treasurer after approval to determine which specific fees are covered.
Students may be eligible for a waiver based on several criteria, including family or household income, receiving SSI, being designated McKinney-Vento, being in foster care, being in state custody, or receiving TANF funding or SNAP.
